Kathryn Crago

Training Solutions Executive (South) -

Identifying skills gaps and providing bespoke training solutions is Kathryn’s core remit as a training solutions executive for Sportworks.

Kathryn drives this agenda in her dedicated regions by working closely with national governing bodies for sport, county sport partnerships, coaching agencies and local authorities.

She joined Sportworks after holding the post of regional manager for England Netball, where she was the strategic lead for delivery of netball across the ten counties in the South West.

Training and development in sport is something Kathryn feels passionate about.
Her experience in recruitment consultancy in the public and private sector means Kathryn is well placed to translate these skills into the sport industry. As a current company director for Ultimate Netball Ltd she was also responsible for the creation of development resources for teachers, trainee teachers and school sports partnerships.

As head coach for a national award winning netball club, Kathryn has a keen interest in volunteering in sport. She also has experience in coaching adult and junior teams, mentoring trainee coaches and securing valuable funding to establish a junior division.

Kathryn has represented her county in netball and athletics and is also a keen skier.
