Archery GB
We are working very closely with Archery GB to develop and manage talented staff. During 2009 and 2010 Sportworks have been commissioned to provide extra capacity for the organisation by delivering human resources consultancy support. Our experts are providing on-site support, designing self-assessment tool kits for staff, reviewing job descriptions and constructing personnel files. At the same time Sportworks are also providing a bespoke leadership journey for 13 employees resulting in a nationally recognised qualification – NVQ level 2 in Team Leading.
After a successful competitive tender process Sportworks were retained by Archery GB (formerly GNAS) and event partners to manage the Archery World Cup 2007.
