Sportworks facilitated the SDDC Leisure and Community Development department TAES self assessment review.
Sportworks worked with SDDC to facilitate a review of work areas within the Leisure and Community Development Department against the TAES model (Towards an Excellent Service) and provide summaries of their self assessment results. We then used this information to produce improvement plans and performance indicators for each of their work areas.
