Archery GB Leadership Training hits the target

Sportworks is delivering a bespoke Leadership programme for Archery GB, designed to meet the specific training needs of the organisation.

Thursday 24th September saw Sportworks deliver the first workshop of the programme at the governing body’s head quarters at the National Sports Centre in Lilleshall.

Initial feedback from the delegates has been excellent, all citing how beneficial they are finding it.  When asked if the programme was succeeding in meeting objectives, chief executive of Archery GB, David Sherratt responded:

Delegates particularly liked the interactive and practical learning delivery by the tutors.  Feedback included:

The Archery GB Leadership Programme includes:

• 15 hours of training for each delegate with Sportworks expert tutors and business coaches
  
• A nationally recognised qualification for staff, an NVQ level 2 in Team Leading
