Athletics Coach Job Opportunity - Nottingham

Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Salary:  £20,000 pro rata
     
An exciting opportunity has arisen, for two athletics coaches to work alongside teachers to enhance curriculum and out of school hours athletics for students across key stages 1-4. The successful candidates will also assist clubs in Nottingham with improving the quality of coaching, ensure clubs have an appropriate coaching structure and help with running coaching academies and workshops.  The posts are partially funded by England Athletics through the Nottinghamshire Athletics Network. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic athletics coaches, with a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Athletics.

Working across a range of schools within the Rushcliffe and Gedling School Sport Partnership’s and Athletics Clubs throughout Nottinghamshire, you will deliver high quality coaching and work towards developing sustainable club links.  Mentoring and supporting teachers will also be an essential part of the role.

This will initially be a fixed-term two year appointment.
