In The Spotlight - Sportworks Training and Development Awarded National Quality Mark

Sportworks Training and Development has been accredited with the nationally recognised quality mark for organisations that deliver information, advice and guidance on learning and work; The Matrix Standard.  An independent Assessor, appointed by ENTO - the organisation who manage the Matrix Standard, spent two days assessing the organisation.  This independent look at Sportworks Training and Development involved among other reviews, interviewing a high number of staff, clients and partners. 

The final assessment report stated:

“Sportworks has developed an effective and successful model of support that enables its clients to achieve their goals and progress in a variety of areas. Sportworks is a highly proactive and responsive organisation, committed to identifying and meeting the needs of organisations and individuals on an ongoing and sustained basis through bespoke training solutions. As a result, there are very high satisfaction levels in clients.”

Clients particularly appreciated that Sportworks staff had sporting and sports development backgrounds and so effectively understood the specialist needs and requirements of the sector.  During the process our clients told the Assessor about Sportworks Training and Development:
