Lacrosse World Championships 2010 - tickets go on sale

Tickets for the 2010 Lacrosse World Championships went on sale this week via the Internet www.2010lacrosseticketing.com.

Breaking with convention English Lacrosse wanted use of a system that had the benefits of the well known online ticket agencies, but that gave them control and that provided improved value for the end user. The City of Manchester plays host to the Championships and what has been billed as the largest sports participation event in the region since the Commonwealth Games in 2002.

A range of tickets are available, initially Season Tickets only, with day tickets coming on sale in January 2010.
