National Pilot to Identify Coach Manager's Training Needs

Sports Coach UK has contracted Sportworks to deliver a one-day training needs analysis for groups of Coach Managers in the East Midlands, North West and South West regions.

We will be working with Coach Managers to identify the skills and competencies required to recruit, retain and develop the talent that lies within the coaching workforce.

Sportworks will follow up this work with the offer of training and professional development opportunities to suit the needs of Coach Managers working across the UK.
