New Table Tennis Leadership and Management Programme

Sportworks has been contracted by the English Table Tennis Association (ETTA) in the South West to construct a unique Leadership and Management Programme for key volunteers.  The programme has been designed and tailored in consultation with Business Link, the table tennis volunteer network and the national governing body.

The SW ETTA Leadership and Management Programme is designed to support the voluntary workforce in managing and developing their club, league or organisation. It includes 3 one-day workshops; Understanding the Sporting Network, Accessing and Unlocking Funding, Effective Sports Marketing.

The first workshop in the programme ‘Understanding the Sporting Network’ was delivered on 6th December in Bristol to provide delegates with an understanding of the people and organisations in sport development that are there to assist volunteers in growing and developing table tennis in their area.  Feedback has been excellent:
