Sportworks add another Olympic Sport to Portfolio

Sportworks are proud to announce that they have been selected to manage the Junior and Cadet Fencing World Championships 2009.

Hosted by British Fencing, and in conjunction with the Northern Ireland Fencing Union, the event will take place in April 2009 and is the largest international event in the fencing calendar.

The event is supported by the international governing body (the Federation Internationale d’Escrime) and with funding from UK Sport, the Department of Culture Arts and Leisure and Belfast City Council. The two week long event will play host to over 1000 international fencers and officials from 85 countries across the globe.

Sportworks will manage all non sport specific issues and will supply a wide range of services to ensure the delivery of a world class event with a lastig legacy.
