Sportworks Welcomes New Member to the Team
Sportworks UK has appointed Michelle Dent to the role of coaching officer.
The 22 year old university graduate will oversee the recruitment and deployment of sports coaches through Kickstone Recruitment, the recruitment arm of the Sportworks UK brand.
With a BSc Hons degree in Sports Development with Coaching, Michelle has the expertise and drive to ensure that schools, businesses and community organisations receive a consistent quality of professional sports coaching - a vital means of developing sports talent of the future and meeting national government health targets.
Focusing primarily on the Derbyshire, Sheffield and Nottingham regions, Michelle will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development through Sportworks’ Professional Development Programme including mentoring by the region’s Sports Coach UK team.
With a proven track record working with county sport partnerships, local authorities, schools, sports clubs, volunteers and coaches, Michelle is well placed to drive Kickstone Recruitment's sports coach recruitment and deployment programme and will be an asset to the Sportworks team.
