Comprehensive event plans including budget managment, roles and responsibilities, action plans and timescales. Our staff are experienced in the use of project management software to produce critical path schedules to suit your event.

Health & Safety

We can support and advise in all aspects of event health and safety including the development of event safety management plans, child welfare, risk assessments, traffic management and insurance and liability issues.

Event Support

Event support including set up and break down, branding and signage, on the day co-ordination, logistics and the recruitment, development and management of volunteers.

Marketing & Promotion

Targeted marketing and promotion to ensure your event engages all sectors of the community and your target audience. We can also generate comprehensive media coverage in the lead up to the event, during and afterwards.

Monitoring & Evaluation

We can assess both the success of your event itself as well as subsequent impact using a variety of relevant and effective methods.

Our Experience

Our staff have extensive experience of managing successful events, ranging from school sports days to national finals at prestigious venues such as Wembley Arena. We have managed both County Sports Partnership and School Sport Partnership events throughout the UK.
