Quality Standards

The matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.

The matrix Standard consists of eight elements, four focused on how you deliver your service and four focused on how you manage your service.

Sportworks Training and Development achieved the matrix quality Standard for information, advice and guidance (IAG) services in January 2010.

The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the UK's leading awarding body for management and leadership education offering the widest and most flexible range of qualifications available.

Sportworks is registered to become an ILM Approved Centre and embraces the quality standards required to achieve this status.
