We have developed an 8 stage process that is designed to maximise your potential to benefit from sponsorship. We can work with you through each of the stages or you can choose which aspects are most relevant to your organisation.

  • Meet with relevant members of your staff
    We feel it's vital that we have a clear understanding of your organisation and your expectations. We therefore run through a structured interview to enable us to provide as effective a service as possible.
  • Development of policies and strategiesFrom the initial interview we look to develop policies and a strategy to provide a clear overview of what you want to achieve from sponsorship.
  • Development of a Product / Service Inventory
    We can assist you in the development of a list of the rights you can "sell" to potential sponsors.
  • Sponsorship Packages
    Once you know what you can offer a sponsor it needs to be put into an attractive package - we can assist you in this process.
  • Development of a Hit List
    We'll produce a list of potential sponsors, relevant to your programme or event and we fully research their marketing objectives to ensure there's a good match.
  • The Approach
    Some companies prefer an email, others prefer a phone call or fax. In each case we can support you by making detailed and effective presentations to potential sponsors, thus maximising your chances of getting a favourable response.
  • Negotiate, Agree and Sign
    We can either negotiate deals on your behalf or advise you on the best way of getting sponsors to put pen to paper.
  • Servicing
    The hard work doesn't stop once the deal has been signed. We can service your sponsorship agreements for you not only to maximise the benefits but also to ensure that your sponsors objectives are met and continue to be.
