About the course
This workshop will not look or feel like a training course for running meetings. We will not spend time reminding you that you need a clear purpose, set an agenda, ensure you have clear action points and take minutes. This course will give you insight and understanding about how to do all these things effectively. We will cover different methods for approaching meetings, watching behaviour in meetings and developing the confidence to take a flexible approach so that your meeting stays engaging and effective.
This course contributes to National Occupational Standard Unit A322 (provide leadership in your area of responsibility).
