Course tutor: David Shell
David is an experienced facilitator and particularly interested in the behavioural related aspects of people management and leadership. David runs many team development programmes both classroom based and in the outdoor environment.
About the course
This interactive workshop is for anyone who is required to present information as part of their role. The workshop will help you to feel confident in presenting information clearly and enthusiastically and win, through your presentation skills, the trust and support of people.
This course contributes to National Occupational Standard Unit B230 (sell products and services to customers in face-to-face settings).

This course will help you to:
