About the course

This workshop is for leisure managers and sports development professionals with responsibility for planning programmes and services. The workshop will help you to engage more people in your sport, activity, project or event by developing an effective marketing plan based on a detailed understanding of who your customers are and what they need and want.

This course contributes to National Occupational Standard Unit B231 (build your organisation's understanding of its market and customers).
